  1. The sofa on the roof is hilarious! But in the end I prefer the deer.

  2. Hey Carola, I know, right? And you can see why I'm so happy that you share your garden shots with me.

  3. That is way too funny, Susan...the sofa part, that is. It does make you wonder! And how did it get up there...the same way it'll get down?

The deer, on the other hand, need to stay in the woods. We had them on our property in Atlanta quite often and we wondered why? Is it food they're looking for? Water? Are they getting to soft, lazy, tame? So many questions!

  4. Boy, Ginnie, you are right! so many questions. The sofa, I just have to remember, it's Manitou! It has been so very dry here that it might be water that the deer are looking for, they seem to always be close by.

  8. OMG, the sofa! All I can think of is either a), there was a recent flood and that's how it got there, or b) there was a recent intake of much whiskey and that's how it got there.

  9. Janet, yup, real as can be!

Lori, right the opposite, it has been so very dry here ... but the other guess could be close, it is the wild west! A family member thought it could be the deer viewing spot!

  10. The sofa on the roof is hilarious. But the deer! The Deer! I have never seen deer just walking along like that. What a magical moment!

  11. Selma, I'm getting use to seeing so many deer but it still catches me by surprise to be looking out of a window and not realize they are standing right there until they move! It kinda worries me that they are so unafraid of people but they are all over the place, really have to be careful of them when driving, too. But I like your take, it is magical!
