  1. That leather looks luscious! I have never worked with leather but I have a few pieces from swatches that I have been looking at, touching and smelling... can't wait to see what you make!

  4. I cannot imagine having the skills to work with leather. I have heard it is very tricky. You obviously have a lot of talent. Must be very rewarding to be able to create all the things you do!

  8. I LOVE LOVE LOVE leather, Susan, even though I haven't worked with it much myself. I love the smell of it and the feel of it. Anything leather! I would love to see what you're planning to make next. I recall some darling little purses awhile back, right?

  9. I am in love with Leather Mary. A teepee in the mountains? Girlfriend rocks it!

And, you know what? You have inspired me and I am going to blog about it!

My granddaddy was a charter bus driver, and for as long as I can remember, his travel partner was a brown Samsonite. I've been using it to store some of his belongings, but I think it's time I get it back out and on the road. I know he'd love that! Thank you, friend!!
