  1. A big pot of chili with good red wine and you didn't invite me, Susan???? What were you thinking!

Seriously, snow on the mountain so early probably confirms what Astrid has already heard about winter here this year: COLD! I hope it means we can walk/skate on the canals. :)

  3. Ginnie, wouldn't that be fun!! I'm sure there would be so much to talk and laugh about ~ especially after a couple glasses of wine!

Hey LeAnn ... that chili was awesome, even the next day on cheese omelets, have you ever tried that?
The weather is supposed to be in the perfect 70's this week ~ how crazy is that! We'll take it.

  4. We've got rain here today and they had predicted 80's so you just never can tell. It is gloomy and grey and probably headed your way since we are on the west coast. It's the beginning of another wonderful season and all the changes that come with it.

  8. brrr... but very beautiful!!! Chili is a good choice & cornbread to go with? I do love this time of year ~:o) We do not have snow yet, however everything is golden. If I was still in AK we would have snow to stay.. until May. That was a wee bit tooooo long of a winter for me!

    enjoy!
