    1. You know I've said this to you before, we are all artists, whether with our beading, painting, writing, photography and we should all be appreciated for it.

  2. The thread that bonds us keeps holding fast...the town where I got this artist made card ~ Twin Lakes ~ was chock full of magpies and hummingbirds while we were there. One magpie took too much of an interest in my daughter each time we walked around town. She liked her rhinestone hairclips, I suppose. It was comical as scary all at the same time. But we are a lot like magpies, that is for sure! Your comment about not knowing I made them for you, but you knew right when you saw them ~ I feel that way a lot, waiting (not knowing I am waiting most of the time) for the right work of an artist friend to grab me. I am never comfortable asking for a custom order...I like the element of surprise when I wait and it reveals itself. You are warm, generous, comforting, kind, and beautiful...just like Don's music. Thank you for being my Friend.
