  1. How wonderful! I can't quite imagine going for so long without being able to fire a kiln. I am so happy for Larry to be able to do this again.

    Snakes are good. They serve a very important role in the 'system.' I don't personally want to share very close quarters with them. Fortunately, they rarely want to share close quarters with me either.

  2. The chess pieces are beautiful...I can't see all the detail but it looks as though each pieces is quite unique. And the snake!...do you know what kind it is? It has a lovely pattern.

  3. larry must have been so excited to use the kiln again and to have success with the chess pieces. a year is a long time to not do what you love.
    guess the snake was curious to see what he was doing too :-)
