oh susan, these are beautiful! i love the simplicity and the perfect quotes. and the idea of all that is needed can be rolled up and carried on your back. the Cheyenne proverb one is perfect in color and texture and beauty. i can almost feel the presence of the people who call it home.
I love teepees myself .. and the smell of smoke and leather. A simple life .. one with your surroundings. Putting life into perspective.. the important things.
Hey Carola and Selma, it's wonderful to know that you both are so tuned into the words! Thanks so much for the encouragement, I really appreciate you all :))
Beautiful thought of the teepee and taking it with you wherever you go, Susan. Anything Native American is so beautiful to me. But all that rain, yes, I wish it could be funneled to wherever it's needed around the world!!! That would be nice.
If you have taken the time to come to windrockstudio and read a post and left a comment please know how very much we appreciate it ... thank you! and please know that I am working on the problem of not being able to respond to each one but haven't solved it yet.
