This is wonderful...What an interesting set you are...I wish I was closer.
{ps. My Dad was the sports news photographer/writer {On the Sports Beat with H. Barrett} in the town where I grew up...I was the coolest little photographers assistant. I went everywhere with him. A good way, as I got older, to sneak peeks at the cute boys too!}
What a wonderful show! A slice of Life. I wish I could have seen the newspaper photos in person...the photos of the photos give a nice glimpse of what was there. I really enjoyed Larry's write up, though found it sad that newspaper reporting had such a low rating. These rankings cannot catch the humanity in a job. So glad people like Larry follow their bliss!
YAY for Larry, doing this exhibition and knowing it was important. It sounds like a labor of love. I especially enjoyed reading the article he wrote, thanking you, Susan, at the end for joining him on the crazy ride. :)
If you have taken the time to come to windrockstudio and read a post and left a comment please know how very much we appreciate it ... thank you! and please know that I am working on the problem of not being able to respond to each one but haven't solved it yet.
CONGRATS! Congrats Larry!
