I made this early today from a recipe at Joy the Baker, a really fun & beautiful site ... trying to use all the extra berries I can right now. It smelled and tasted great but next time I probably would be lighter with the dollops of the biscuit dough on top or add more strawberries. I used about a pint and a half and really liked the part of roasting them some in the skillet. With my love of cinnamon, I also added a tiny bit to the biscuit dough.
So, hope you enjoy the bounty of berries, hope you get to work in gardens, soak up sunshine, play some and have a wonderful weekend!

ReplyDeleteI can almost smell it (especially with the cinnamon)
